DescriptionThe watch case is decorated in the American Art Nouveau style. On the outside of the case, there is a female face with long tresses that terminate is mine-cut diamond (approx. a quarter carat). The enhancer is in the form of a crown highighted by four small diamonds. The white enamel dial has blue enamel Arabic numerals and the name Waltham appears at the top. The hands of the dial are made of stylized vines. The watch case maker, Keystone Standard Watch Co., was located in Lancaster PA, and the buisness was sold in 1891 to Hamilton Watch Co.
