Horizontal seam at bust level, cream silk lining. Label at neck: "Pierre Balmain Paris"; tape on back of label with handwritten couture number: 143902. Sleeveless sheath dress of cream linen, trimmed at neck and hem with bias bands of navy blue linen and navy plastic buttons with cord loops. Pockets at the hip, metal zipper at center back, cream silk satin lining. Label at front waist: "Pierre Balmain Paris"; tape on back of label with illegible handwritten couture number.
