DescriptionCircular rim of tin with edges rolled over; ends lapped and soldered. Five oval cut-outs in rim with posts of tin soldered to inside surface, each with two slightly domed discs of tin sandwiching two flat discs of tin. Two bells of cast brass attached to inside of rim by wire. Handle of tin soldered to outside of rim.
