DescriptionTenor in B-flat (high pitch). Combination slide and valve model. Brass. Cylindro-conoidal bore. Made essentially in two parts: (1) the body of the instrument, including the piston valve, valve crook, and inner slides; (2) the outer slide. German silver stockings on the ends of the inner slides. The mouthpiece has a deep conical cup.
