DescriptionBass in G (high pitch). Brass. Cylindro-conoidal bore. Made in three parts: inner slide, branch slide, and a bell branch. The lower slide has an extension over which the bell branch is moved axially for tuning; the bell lock keeps the bell branch in place. The slide is furnished with a swivel extension handle ('crutch') to enable the player to reach the lower positions.
