DescriptionIn G. The lowest tone is g. Made of walnut stained dark reddish-brown. Conoidal bore without flare at the lower end. The tube is made of one piece. The fipple is covered with a cap having a slit which serves as an air conductor. A perforated fontanelle. The cap and the fontanelle are mounted with brass rings. Six finger-holes in front; the lowest (first) holes is stopped with an articulated key having a double finger-touch lever; the key mechanism is enclosed within the fontanelle; thumb-hole in the rear.
