Description三代目岩井粂三郎は弘化4年11月中村座で白縫姫を勤めているが、この時初代松本錦升は同座せず。また名主の福？が掛名主になるのは嘉永2年から。したがって、嘉永2年度中村座で粂三郎と錦升が同座していた頃の予定稿で、錦升が亡くなる同年11月3日以前のものと思われる。
