ProvenanceFabric was unsold stock from Environment 2, a Pittsburg, PA store that sold Marimekko in the 1960s-70s. Purchased by Susan Ward through an internet auction from the store's owner ca. 2003-2005; purchased by MFA January 25, 2006.
