DescriptionSampler with rows of green and beige cross stiched alphabets at top and an inscription, "Elizabeth Russell aged 9 in 1719" followed by numbers 1 through 10; middle section with green and whtie zigzag in Irish stitch between two alphabet rows in eyelet stitch, a row of lozenge shapes in satin and herringbone stitch, and a band of green and red flower motifs above a line in Queens stitch; bottom section with two flowers and tree crowned with red fruit and two squirrels beneath made in satin and stem stitch
