DescriptionThis fragment of low raised relief depicts the lower torso and seat of a seated male rower, as well as portions of the right arm and oar handle. There are traces of red paint on the body and traces of black paint below the seat.
Overall this scene depicts a boat manned by several fragmentary rowers. Ther are also two standing men at the stern operating steering oars and one man standing on the prow directing the rowers.
