DescriptionGround: white linen. Design: narrow horizontal bands of geometric patterns worked in white linen. Edged top and bottom with deep points of needlepoint lace. Embroidered in the style of the seventeenth century with flat stitches and pulled work, bordered at top and bottom with needlelace points. Stitches: buttonhole, counted satin, twisted lattice; pulled work.
