DescriptionDating: Between 1912 and 1914 Mondrian made a series of abstract trees in Paris. (Blotkamp 1994, p. 70) (see Flowering Appletree 1912, Joosten 1994 p. 126).

Signed in graphite at lower left: P. Mondriaan. Apparently Mondrian didn't sign his work with ‘Mondriaan' after 1912.
