DescriptionObv: A nude bust of Washington facing to the right enclosed within a wreath and set onto a keystone. Inscribed 1732 to the left and 1799 to the right. A crown and eagle is above and the monogram WC(?) is below. The whole is surrounded by a beaded rim.
Rev: Inscribed FIT KEYSTONE (curved) / IN THE / TRIUMPHAL / ARCH / WHICH SPANS (curved) / THE NATION'S CENTURY, a banner at the top is inscribed 1776 WASHINGTON 1876 and signed I.F.W. / DES within the banner to the left and G.H.L. / FEC to the right.
