DescriptionLost wax cast and hammered brooch made up of a flat band of gold about 1/3 of an inch wide. The band is gently convex in apearence and shows evidence of planishing. The band is coiled so as to produce as S-like design, within an overall rounded form, with both ends unspiraling on the outer edge. Brooch accompanied by black cloth jewelry box with artist's name stamped in gold, and fitted cardboard box for storage.
