DescriptionThe obverse shows a profile portrait of a young W. Penn; faces right; wavy hair, shoulder length. Clothed in armor with bow-tied ascot. Reverse depicts on left side and center three nude standing men. On right side, a draped standing female figure and fluted column. Laurel branch and palm leaf fan on bottom, below ledge. Awarded in 1925. Original presentation box.
