DescriptionSmall cast figure with round eyes, a prominent nost, and a semicircular mouth, hold arms extended outward, hands hanging down. Figure wears a wide skirt with incised decoration. Flat section above head is pierced, and threaded with red, white, and black woolen yarn.
ProvenancePurchased in January 1988 in the market place of Tumuco, 600 miles south of Santiago, Chile, by the dealer; to MFA October, 27, 1994, purchase.
