San Francisco-based maker Jean Tarantino used material known for its structural applications in architecture to create a curved bench, which he decorated with small drilled holes at its edges as if they had once been stitched. Cor-Ten is named after its two primary properties, corrosion resistance and tensile strength—ideal characteristics for a usable work of art!
