DescriptionThis rectangular glass with its molded frame is surmounted by a large crest. The crest has scalloped edges with alternate clover-leaf and clawlike projections, the uppermost of which combines the two patterns. In the center is a plinth surmounted by a spread eagle on a globe, below which are distributed three gilt bronze appliques. In the center of the crest a rectangular frame with cut corners contains a mirrored glass etched with a running deer between pine trees. The frame of the inset is molded.
