DescriptionThe top of the bow front chest is inlaid with a string of pyramid stringing. The four drawers each have a string of maple around the edge, and are fitted with oval brasses and inset brass keyholes. The skirt is scalloped at the sides and is deply bowed in front with a central arch cut out. There is an inlaid band of arrow stringing around the base. The front feet are curved or French bracket type, while those in back are straight bracket type.
