These chairs differ from the one at the head of the table only in the treatment of the crest rails, which are partially reeded and have a slightly different construction. The name "Bussey," inscribed on the lower edge of the seat rail, may be that of the original owner, possibly Benjamin Bussey of Dedham and Boston.
