This child’s service records a personal gift exchanged to and from prominent Bostonians at the turn of the twentieth century. It also documents a preference for marking important occasions with silverware. The set was presented in 1913 to Peggy Stuart Coolidge to celebrate her baptism. It is made of heavy-gauge metal and, despite use, has survived in good condition.
