DescriptionTurned hollow maple burl of inverted mushroom-cap shape, with irregular jagged indentations on sides, two of which pierce the vessel wall, pronounced grain, and egg-shaped opening at top; surface carved, sandblasted, and bleached to an off-white; inscribed on bottom, "M Peterson 92."
