DescriptionLidded urn with eight-sided, footed body with vertical seams at corners. The panels for the body may have been die-stamped with a drop-press and soldered together. Two handles opposite each other on body. Lid with strawberry-shaped finial. Spout is brass.

ProvenanceEarly history unknown; part of the bequest to the MFA from Mrs. Stephen S. FitzGerald, Weston, Massachusetts, in 1964.
