DescriptionOne of a set of six small sauce dishes, pressed in "horn of plenty" pattern. Scalloped rim, curved sides, rayed base.
Provenance19th century, by tradition, "belonged to an old Brewster family"; 1933, bequeathed by Kate Augustina Gould (b.1871 - d.1930) for use in the Chatham Historical Society (accession date: July 20, 1933); December 19, 2013, deaccessioned by the MFA, ownership transferred to the Chatham Historical Society, Chatham, Mass.
