DescriptionAquamarine quart "calabash" flask.
Obverse: Hunter facing left, standing on asmall hillock, wearing flat-top stovepipe hat, short coat, full trousers, game bag hanging at tleft side, arms raised firing gun at two ducks flying upward at left. Large puff of smoke from muzzle, high above two bird dogs running to left towards rail fence.
Reverse: Fisherman facing front, standing on shore near a large rodk, wearing round-top stovepipe hat, v-neck jacket, full trousers. Fishing rod in left hand, end resting on ground between feet, line in hairpin arch above hat and right hand holding a large fish. Creel below left arm. Left background, mill with bushes at left and small tree at right.
