DescriptionEdge: Gross straight milled imperfectly across. OBV: Thirteen mullets around above Liberty seated on rock in midst of sea, body turned to right, head turned backward, right hand resting on shield argent six pales gules, chief azure; over which is thrown riband inscribed LIBERTY; left hand grasping pole surmountd by Thrygrain cap; large date between two arrowheads in exergue; whole surrounded by milled circle attached to raised rim. REV: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA -- QUAR. DOL. around eagle alighting, turned somewhat to right, looking backwards, grasping olive branch in dexter and three arrows in sinister talons; bearing on breast, shield argent, six pales gules, chief azure; whole surounded by milled circle attached to raised rim.
