REV: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around eagle alighting, posed right, head looking back; on breast, shield argent, six pales gules, a chief azure; olive branch of three pairs of leaves in right talon, three arrows in left; 2½ D. below. Rim as on OBV., but less broad. Edges milled.
