DescriptionThis head piece has a woven base. Long, arching, deer hair, dyed red from base to near natural brown ends surround soft, shorter hair. The deer hair was woven with finely twisted cordage to create elongated, bean-shaped support. The weave has a circular pattern on one end and the remainder concentrically follows a bean shape. A leather thong is tied to one end.
