Further information from the colophon: "...handset in Janson and printed at Wild Carrot Letterpress by Daniel Keleher, Arthur Larson and Marc Shifflett, from types cast at Golgonooza Letter Foundry. The paper is Rives BFK. The lithographs and etchings were pulled at Bob Blackburn's Printmaking Workshop by Julie D'Amario, Marjorie Hunt Van Dyke, Suzanne Gaffney, Bill Hall, Jennifer Lynch, Agnes Murray, and Lynn Rogan. The edition has been bound by Gérard Charrière and Carol Joyce."
