DescriptionLarge relief decorated oinochoe. Ovoid body, sharply tapering to a splaying foot. Mould-made head of a woman at the juncture of handle and rim. Two thin rolls of clay form the tresses framing the woman’s head. Two monkey heads further adorn the rim at the beginning of the trefoil mouth. Large relief “tears” decorate the body, separated by an H motif and a smaller row of tear drop motifs covers the shoulder.
