Struck on reverse with hallmarks (leopard's head, lion passant, date letter for 1734-5), and with maker's mark of Charles Kandler.
InscriptionsEngraved with the arms of King, with the initials "EK" engraved on the reverse, presumably for Sir Edward King (b. 1726 - d. 1796), fifth baronet, who succeeded his brother in 1755 and in 1764 was created Baron Kinston of Rockingham.
