This is the so-called "Large Paper" issue, and has been extensively extra-illustrated. The extra title page dated 1877 presumably refers to the date when the volume was rebound with the illustrations; it is not a publication date.
This volume contains drawings by J. R. Chapin (dated 1863), Benjamin Lander, William Louis Sonntag, Cephas Thompson, James David Smillie (dated 1864), William Henry Bartlett (of the Colonnade, Congress Hall, Saratoga Springs, NY, along with an impression of the print), and Edward Ruggles (eight drawings and two oil sketches).
The MFA has another extra-illustrated copy of this title; see accession number 1961.364.
