Bound in half green morocco and gray cloth, in gray cloth case with epoxy relief sculpture on case lid. Plates proofed at Aldo Crommelynck, Paris, and printed on BFK Rives by R. E. Townsend, Inc., Georgetown, Mass. Letterpress pritned on Rives at Arion Press, San Francisco. Relief sculpture cast by Ron Dillow, Walla Walla, Washingotn.
