Description(Poestenkill [NY]: Tower of Poestenkill [Gunnar A. Kaldewey] 1987) 32 cm; [6 ff., plus three drawings]; original publisher's embossed black paper boards, black cloth and gray paper slipcase.
First edition. One of 45 regular copies of a total edition of 65; there were 10 copies on large paper with drawings initialled by artist and 10 copies on large paper with drawings individually signed by artist. The regular copies are bound by Christian Zwang in black paperboards with embossed relief prints on front and back covers (based on a Lasker painting, Beat the System, in the Saatchi Coll., London). The paper is "Poestenkill Leaves," made for this edition "at our mill."
The drawings are executed in graphite and black crayon.
