DescriptionBlack glaze amphoriskos. Trumpet mouth; tapering neck; piriform body; molded button base; handles from neck to shoulder. Stamped decoration in bands around body; palmettes, three horizontal lines, reverse palmettes. Glaze very lustrous; chipped in places.
