Reverse: Obelisk of Luxor at center; inscribed at edge "ABBATU A THÈBES LE 31 OCTOBRE 1831 TRANSPORTÉ A PARIS ET ÉRIGÉ SUR/LA PLACE DE LA CONCORDE 25 OCTOBRE 1836 SOUS LA DIRECTION DE L'INGR LEBAS", across field "HAUTEUR 70 P.... 3.... 5L...
