The colophon reads: "Sixty copies of this, the fifteenth book issued by the Apiary Press, have been printed on Arnold's handmade collotype paper. The book has been set in Garamond Italic light by Pat Milne Henderson. The copper and zinc plates have been etched from Nature and printed by Thomas Browne Cornell. The book was completed in August, 1959. This is Number [44]"

The etchings include ten full-page plates, two small vignettes on the half-title and title pages, and a vignette of an insect printed in green on the colophon page.
