Description65 leaves. Slight drawings and notes made chiefly on tour of the White Mountains in 1828 with Thomas Cole. Included are a pencil sketch of Cole seated with drawing pad; "View of Winnepisiogee (sic.) from Meredith;" sketch of the children of Henry C. Pratt, "Ruins of Carthage" with description on facing page; two stanzas of a poem by T. C. (Thomas Cole); an 11-page "(private) catalogue of Portraits done at providence R.I. 1830," with prices; diary and descriptive notations of the artist's pictures; some architectural studies.
