DescriptionGilded beech frame in the Louis XVI-style; rectangular back with shaped top-rail crested with bowtied crossed quivers of arrows, flanked by fluted columns, bud finials, from which curve acanthus-carved arms. Beaded, molded and acanthus-carved curved supports join seat frame with curved front rail, acanthus pendant in center. Fluted and turned legs (front ones on casters). Seat, back and arms covered in Beauvais tapestry, pale green with flower panel designs on cream ground.
