Description([New York] The Limited Editions Club, 1937) Folio; [11 ff.] pp. 27-121 [1 f.], plus 15 plates; original publisher's gilt-stamped blue cloth, light tan board slipcase.

No. 1155 from an edition total of 1500. Although printed in France, it was published by the Limited Editions Club in New York. Mourlot printed the lithographs; Audin & Cie (Count Giuseppe Govone) printed the text. There is also a preface by A. P. Herbert.
