Obverse: Profile bust of Sigismondo looking to proper left; inscribed at edge "·SIGISMVNDVS PANDVLFVS·MALATESTA·PAN·F·".

Reverse: Castle (probably Rocca Malatestiana) at center; inscribed at edge "·CASTELLVM·SISMVNDVM·ARIMINENSE·M·CCCC·XLVI·".
