DescriptionCircular medal of Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta, lord of Rimini and Fano (born 1417, lord of Rimini and Fano 1432-68). Pierced at top.

Obverse: Profile bust of Sigismondo Malatesta looking to proper right; inscribed at edge "SIGISMVNDVS·PANDVLFVS·DE·MALATESTIS·S·RO·ECLESIE·C·GENERALIS".

Reverse: Female personification at center, crowned and wearing armor and holding a broken column across her body, seated on male elephant looking to proper right; inscribed below "*M·CCCC".
InscriptionsObverse: Inscribed at edge "SIGISMVNDVS·PANDVLFVS·DE·MALATESTIS·S·RO·ECLESIE·C·GENERALIS".

Reverse: Inscribed below "*M·CCCC".
