Both Kabuki Nenpyô and Kabuki Nendaiki say that the part of Sakuramaru in this production was played by Ichikawa Monnosuke. However, a tsuji banzuke for the production (00.1635, 11.28560, 11.28565) says that the part was played by Yaozô.
