Reverse: Standing woman in classical dress weeping and leaning on pedestal mounted by a draped urn; inscribed at edge "NOUS QUI SOUFFRONS DE SA DOULEUR PLEURONS AVEC LA JEUNE VEUVE", on pedestal "CAROLINE/A MARQUE/ICI/SA PLACE", and in exergue "ELLE PORTE DANS SON SEIN/LESPOIR DE LA FRANCE".
