Triumphal arch with female figure in a niche in center: groups on the panels at either side. Inscribed above - Character. Religion. Friendship. Dates MDC / CCXXX / VII / MCM / XIII in two medallions. Signed E FUCHS. Published by American Numismatic Society. Struck by Whitehead and Hoag Co. Dies made in Paris under direction of artist.
