Obverse: Profile bust of Napoléon looking to proper right, wearing a laureate crown; inscribed at edge "NAPOLEON IMPERATOR" and under bust "GALLE FECIT".
Reverse: Napoléon seated on a roman stool at proper right, wearing roman costume and female standing at proper left, wearing classical dress with both arms outstretched and ship's stern with a cupid at the rudder behind; inscribed above "TVTELA PRAESENS" and in exergue "EPVLVM SOLLEMNE/IMPERATORIS IN CVRIA/VRBANA·FRIM·A·XIII" and below "PRUDHON DE[ ]*JEUFFROY FEC".
