DescriptionBound section (juz' 9) of a thirty-volume Qur'an; standard folio: three lines of Arabic calligraphy in black muhaqqaq script outlined in gold, thuluth script in the upper and lower cartouches; illuminated rosette verse markers; calligraphy set in illuminated framing with interlocking designs in the borders; illuminated marginal medallions with vegetal designs.
