DescriptionSeki Suigaku 関翠岳 may be the same person as Seki Sashû 関蓑州 (aka Seki Hakuku 関白駒, 1802-1875).
The art name Suigaku was also used by Takahashi Ôshin 高橋応真 (1854-1901), but his dates seem a little late for this work.
