当山は法道仙人の開基にして堅固の霊場なり/金堂は推古帝/講堂は聖武帝/薬師堂は池二位殿/大塔は祇園女御/阿弥陀堂は頼朝公の御建立にて/則ち金輪聖王天下安全の御祈願所なれば/昼夜の勤行怠ることなく/又霊験もあらたかなり/赤松氏範/前関白師基と吉野にて打負/身に数ケ所の疵をうけて当国に皈り/義詮に降りしが/其後清水に戦いて終に自殺す/歳五十七/家臣伊藤民部/今村五郎/乙若丸を助けて薩州へ走る時/ふかく此尊像を祈りて敵の危難をまめがれたるとなる
