DescriptionObverse: Head of deified Alexander the Great to right with Ammon's horns, broad band in hair, hair covered by elephant skin with beaded edge below, and aegis tied at throat.

Reverse: Athena Alkis advancing to right, spear in raised right hand, shield on left arm; she wears crested Attic helmet, chiton girded over overfold, and scarf with "swallow tail" ends which passes forward from the back, is drawn up and thrown back again over both shoulders.
At right small eagle with closed wings on thunderbolt.
Inscription in Greek at left. At left and right: monogram.
